- Call data — audio recordings, transcriptions, caller phone numbers, call timestamps, and urgency scores
- Usage data — how you interact with the app, including pages visited and features used
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details
How we use your data

- Provide, maintain, and improve the express.dareena.ai service
- Transcribe and analyse calls on your behalf
- Send you notifications (SMS, email, push) about your calls
- Process your subscription payments

AI processing
Call audio is processed by AI models to generate transcriptions, urgency scores, and summaries. This processing is done solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your call data to train AI models.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, telephony, AI processing, email delivery)
- Payment processors to handle billing
- Authorities if required by New Zealand law
Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Call recordings and transcriptions are stored for the duration of your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
