Yes. Our default greeting includes a recording notice, and you can customise it to suit your business. This keeps you compliant with New Zealand law. Callers hear a natural, professional greeting — it doesn't feel robotic.
After each call is transcribed, our AI analyses the content and assigns an urgency score from 0 to 100. It looks at keywords, tone, context, and caller intent. A score above the threshold (which you can configure) triggers an instant SMS to your mobile. Scores below that are delivered via email only — so you're never interrupted unnecessarily.
Yes — this is part of the Control plan, which is coming soon. With Control, calls can ring your mobile first and fall back to AI capture if you don't answer. You can also set up a priority caller list so key contacts always ring through directly.
